On Nov. 14, the second Breakfast Connection will be at Jones Memorial United Methodist Church, 4131 Ringgold Road, from 9 to 11 a.m. Members of the East Ridge City Council, as well as several city employees, will be in attendance, giving residents the opportunity to share their ideas, goals and concerns for East Ridge, as well as mingle with their neighbors and enjoy a delicious breakfast. This is a new program created to reach out to residents of East Ridge. Breakfast Connections will be held periodically, and the location will rotate throughout the city. We are hopeful for a large turnout, so please come join us.
Nashville, TN – The Tennessee Department of Education is proud to announce the finalists for the 2010 Tennessee Teacher of the Year Award. The nine regional winners are comprised of elementary, middle and high school educators from each grand division of the state.
