The folks here in Ooltewah just can't say enough about how well the new Exit 11 and Interstate 75 configuration is working. After a few tweaks with the timing of the traffic lights, the flow of cars in the morning and afternoon during peak traffic times is moving well.

Nashville, TN – The Tennessee Department of Education is proud to announce the finalists for the 2010 Tennessee Teacher of the Year Award. The nine regional winners are comprised of elementary, middle and high school educators from each grand division of the state. Grand Division winners and Teacher of the Year will be chosen from this group.

The Tennessee State Society of Washington, D.C. (TSS) today announced ticket sales are open for the 2009 Tennessee State Society Inaugural Ball.

The 25th annual Bi-Lo Charity Classic golf tournament raised a record-breaking $5.6 million, according to tournament officials. More than $138,000 was donated to 26 charities operating in the Chattanooga area during a recent presentation at Siskin Children’s Institute.

Chattanooga, TN – Thirty two neighborhood associations and community organizations will benefit from the Neighborhood Partners Program in 2009.
