Bookout and Bergmann

The engagement of Megan Lynsey Bookout and Erick Bergmann is announced today. Ms. Bookout is the daughter of the late Dr. Keyoda Hall Bookout. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. Georges Bergmann of Paris, France. The wedding is planned for Saturday, Dec. 20, at Christ United Methodist Church, where the future bride is a member. The future bride is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. William L. Hall of Ringgold, Ga. Ms. Bookout graduated from Girls Preparatory School. She is pursuing a degree at Lipscomb University. The future bridegroom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Marcel Bergmann of Paris and Mr. and Mrs. Marcel Cotel of Chennegy, France. Mr. Bergmann received a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Supelec in Paris. He is employed by Schneider Electric in Nashville.

Burke and Reeves

Kevin Burke and Linda Rossell of Miami announce the engagement of their daughter, Rachel Burke, to Todd Reeves, son of Wade Reeves and Donna Reeves of Trenton, Ga. The wedding is planned for Friday, Nov. 7, at Stone Fort Inn. Ms. Burke is owner of Fitness Together and is a member of Calvary Chapel. The future bridegroom is the grandson of Joyce Cooper. Mr. Reeves is co-owner of Southern Stone and is a member of Calvary Chapel.

Terry and Gail Denney of Pikeville, Tenn., announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth Diane Denney, to Brian Allen Turner, son of Gary and Tammy Turner of Pikeville and Paul and Carol Bell of Rossville. The wedding is planned for Saturday, Dec. 6, at Wheeler Hill Church of Christ in Pikeville. The future bride is the granddaughter of Parker and Alice Holland and Jim and Foye Denney, all of Pikeville. Ms. Denney graduated from Bledsoe County High School and received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Tennessee Technological University. The future bridegroom is the grandson of Johnny and Carolyn Johnson of Pikeville, Lawton and Sue Brown of Smithville, Tenn., Freddie and Norma Turner of Pikeville and Tom and Jean Hilton of Elizabethton, Tenn. Mr. Turner graduated from Bledsoe County High School. He received bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration from Tennessee Tech. He is operations manager for Turner Refrigeration.

The engagement of Jessica Anne Jones and Allen Russell Bunn is announced today. Ms. Jones is the daughter of Mrs. Brian Anthony Stewart of Georgetown, Tenn., and Ronald Maxwell Jones of Flintstone, Ga. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Patterson Bunn II. The wedding is planned for Saturday, March 28, at Trinity United Methodist Church in Spartanburg, S.C., where the couple are members. The future bride is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Mann Jones and the late Mr. and Mrs. James Boaz Andrews, all of Chattanooga. Ms. Jones received a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Georgia Southern University, where she was a member of Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority. She is employed in resource development with United Way of Piedmont in Spartanburg. The future bridegroom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. James Kenneth Mills of Pineville, N.C., Helen Russell Whitley of Concord, N.C., and the late Hugh Patterson Bunn. Mr. Bunn received a bachelor’s degree in construction management, magna cum laude, from Georgia Southern University. He is assistant project manager with LINBECK Group in Spartanburg.

The future bride is the granddaughter of Charlotte Barfield of Cadillac, Mich., and Mr. and Mrs. Joaquin Mayoral of White Cloud, Mich. Ms. Mayoral graduated from Southern Adventist University. She is employed by Francesca’s and is a member of Manton Seventh-day Adventist Church. The future bridegroom is the grandson of Lillian Pino of Ooltewah and Fronie Mae Mitchell of Council, N.C. Mr. Mitchell graduated from Southern Adventist University. He is a cardiac nurse with Memorial Hospital.

He is a member of Woodland Park Baptist Church.

He is the grandson of Mrs. Lansing Burrows Lee of Augusta, Ga., the late Mr. Lee, Ann Rawl McCain and George Spruce McCain, both of Columbia, S.C. Virginia Kate Corey attended her sister as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Alexandra Christine Chagares, Shannon Megison Hungerford, Sally Emily Patrick and Whitney Elizabeth Zirkle.
