The engagement of Charlotte Viktoria Cruze and Christopher Marshall Foster is announced today. The future bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kyle “Buddy” Cruze of Knoxville. Parents of the future bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. Edward M. Foster. The wedding is planned for Sunday, May 30, at Sequoyah Hills Presbyterian Church in Knoxville. The future bride is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Buddy Cruze, Mrs. Frank Kerr and the late Mr. Kerr, all of Knoxville. Miss Cruze is a graduate of Bearden High School, and is a member of Fellowship Evangelical Free Church. She is an instructor with Hope Resource Center. The future bridegroom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. C.F. Campbell and the late Mr. and Mrs. Max Foster. Mr. Foster is a graduate of Ooltewah High School. He will graduate in May with a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. He is a member of Fellowship Evangelical Free Church.

Mr. Vaughn received bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering from Clemson University. He is a member of Greenwood Church of Christ, and is employed as a mechanical engineer.

The engagement of Erin Rose Schilling and William Thomas Martin is announced today. The future bride is the daughter of Michael and Mary Schilling. Miss Taylor received a bachelor’s degree in human ecology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and a master’s degree in clinical nutrition from East Tennessee State University. She is a registered dietitian. The future bridegroom is the grandson of the late Claude and Audrey Martin and the late Lloyd and Lucille Picklesimer. Mr. Picklesimer is a graduate of Copper Basin High School. He is a member of Turtletown Missionary Baptist Church, and is employed as a pipe fitter.
