Coleman and Willson

The engagement of Amy Catherine Coleman and Matthew Kyle Willson is announced today. The future bride is the daughter of George and Sarah Coleman of Kingsport, Tenn. Parents of the future bridegroom are Bob and Peg Willson. The wedding is planned for Saturday, Aug. 6, in Kingsport. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of George J. Coleman Jr. of Skillman, N.J., the late Connie Coleman, Frances Hubbard of Kingsport and the late Sherman Hubbard. Miss Coleman received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Alabama at Huntsville. She is pursuing a law degree from UT School of Law. She is a member of Waverly Road Presbyterian Church in Kingsport. The future bridegroom is the grandson of the late Bob and Helen Willson and the late John and Mary Jane Willson. Mr. Willson received a bachelor’s degree in management of information systems from the University of Alabama at Huntsville, where he was a member of Delta Chi Fraternity. He is employed as systems administrator at the University of Alabama at Huntsville.

Feagans and Smith

The engagement of Lauren Elizabeth Feagans and Mason Lyman Smith is announced today. The future bride is the daughter of Charles Burton Feagans III and Susan Johnston Feagans. Parents of the future bridegroom are the late Dr. David Cameron Smith and the late Valerie Mason Smith. The wedding is planned for Saturday, Aug. 6, in Savannah, Ga. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Charles Burton Feagans Jr., the late Katherine Robertson Feagans, Martha Stewart Johnston of Flintstone, Ga., and the late Charles William Johnston. Miss Feagans received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She is a member of East Brainerd Church of Christ. The future bridegroom is the grandson of Lyman B. and Carole F. Smith, Mary Alice Mason and the late Felix S. Mason. Mr. Smith received a bachelor’s degree in history and a master’s degree in business administration from UTC. He plans to enter the UT School of Law this fall. He is a member of North Shore Fellowship Church.

Hetzel and Wallace

The engagement of Amanda Kate Hetzel and Ryan Lawrence Wallace is announced today. The future bride is the daughter of Dr. Donald and Lynita Hetzel. Parents of the future bridegroom are Robert and Diane Wallace of Lake Bluff, Ill. The wedding is planned for Saturday, Aug. 27, in Patten Chapel on the campus of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Miss Hetzel is a graduate of Girls Preparatory School. She received a bachelor’s degree in human and organizational development from Vanderbilt University. Mr. Wallace received bachelor’s degrees in religious studies, philosophy and Spanish from Vanderbilt University. He is pursuing a master of divinity degree at McCormick Theological Seminary.

The engagement of Tammy Laura Johnson and Richard Wayne McCarthy is announced today. The future bride is the daughter of Darlene and Gary Johnson of Virginia Gardens, Fla. Parents of the future bridegroom are Elizabeth and Richard McCarthy of Miami. The wedding is planned for Saturday, Nov. 12, at First Presbyterian Church in Orlando, Fla. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Pearl and Harold East and the late Dr. Frances and Lindsay Johnson. Ms. Johnson is a graduate of Southwest Miami Senior High School. She received an associate’s degree from Miami-Dade College, where she was a member of Sigma Delta Sorority. She is a member of Grace Works Church and is employed as senior leasing manager at CBL & Associates Properties. The future bridegroom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Eckoff of Sugerties, N.Y., and Margaret and Richard McCarthy of New Smyrna Beach, Fla. Mr. McCarthy is a graduate of Southwest Miami Senior High School. He received an associate’s degree from Miami-Dade College and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Florida International University. He is a member of Grace Works Church and is employed as an accountant by the state of Tennessee.

Kilgore Jr. Miss Kilgore is a graduate of Vestavia Hills High School in Vestavia Hills, Ala. She received a bachelor’s degree from Birmingham Southern College, where she was Phi Beta Kappa, and a doctorate of jurisprudence from Vanderbilt Law School. She is a member of Christ Church Episcopal and is an attorney. The future bridegroom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Connie Morgan and the late Mr. and Mrs. Jack Baxley. Mr. Morgan attended Auburn University. He is employed with Star Bagel in Nashville.

The future bridegroom is the grandson of Marcie Templeton, the late Clayton and Nina Templeton, Dorsene Dawson and the late Larry and Marcellyn Dawson. Mr. Dawson is a graduate of Grace Baptist Academy. He attended Southeastern Bible College and received a degree in business management from Chattanooga State Community College. He is manager of Dawson Lawn Service and Christmas Decor.

Wiggins received a bachelor’s degree in management and mechanical engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He is a member of Elizabeth Baptist Church, and is a captain in the United States Army.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Steven E. Bailey. Parents of the bridegroom are Dr. and Mrs. Brad Little of Memphis. Katie Coley was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Kelly Edler, Jennifer Goss, Catie Hatcher, Jennifer Little and Mallory Simerville. Lily Smith was the junior bridesmaid. Anna Smith and Mary Caroline Winters were flower girls. Mr. Little served his son as best man. Groomsmen were Camren Abshure, Andy Bailey, Steven Bailey, Parker Brown, Charles Faquin, John Hultquist, Ben Myers and Noah Towery. A reception was held at Tennessee RiverPlace. After a wedding trip to Savannah, Ga., the couple resides in Morgantown, W. Va.

The bride is the daughter of David and Cindi Arendale. Parents of the bridegroom are Donald and Elaine Mehaffey of Crawfordsville, Ind. Lindsay Keylon was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Shanley Deignan, Lisa Van Atta, Kayce Gill, Mindy Mehaffey and Heather Mehaffey. Amelia Baker and Elizabeth Massey were flower girls. Nathan Sindorf served as best man. Groomsmen were Matthew Mehaffey, Brad Mehaffey, Brady Arendale, Brandon Beall and Barrett Thompson. Mark Massey was ring bearer. A reception was held at Camp Dixie. After a wedding trip to Cancun, Mexico, the couple resides in Nashville.
