Chapman and Kimberlin

The engagement of Erin Louise Chapman and Adam Coleman Kimberlin is announced today. The future bride is the daughter of Dennis and Charlene Chapman of Fairview, Tenn., and Jan and Van Wardlaw. Parents of the future bridegroom are Bob and Kim Cantley of Etowah, Tenn., and Rob and Leanne Kimberlin of Murfreesboro, Tenn. The wedding is planned for Saturday, Oct. 15, at Chestnut Hill Estate in Delano, Tenn. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Dr. and Mrs. Jerry Moore, Mr. and Mrs. Bob Allison, Mrs. Clasteen Wardlaw and Mr. and Mrs. Claud McCrory. Miss Chapman is a graduate of Ooltewah High School. She received a bachelor’s degree in Civil-environmental engineering from Tennessee Technological University, where she was a member of Kappa Delta Sorority. She is a graduate student, and a member of Silverdale Baptist Church. The future bridegroom is the grandson of Helen and Watty Smith of Etowah and Arlie C. Kimberlin. Mr. Kimberlin is a graduate of McMinn Central High School. He received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Tennessee Tech. He is a member of Gateway Church of Christ and is a mechanical engineer for NASA.

The engagement of Ashley Shea Doyal and Stephen Adam Henderson is announced today. The future bride is the daughter of Fred and Jan Doyal of Chickamauga, Ga. Parents of the future bridegroom are Steve and Tammy Henderson. The wedding is planned for Saturday, Oct.1, at Camp Dixie. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Frank and Jean Doyal and Bobby and Kaye Hall, all of Rossville. Miss Doyal is a graduate of Gordon Lee High School. She received a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, cum laude, from Dalton State College. She is employed by Catoosa County Schools. The future bridegroom is the grandson of the late Haskle and Gladys Thurman. Mr. Henderson is a graduate of Chattanooga Christian School. He received a bachelor’s degree in nursing, cum laude, from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He is employed as a post-operative coordinator at Memorial Hospital.

The engagement of Amanda Hamilton and Taylor Lewis is announced today. The future bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell Hamilton of Knoxville. Parents of the future bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. Randy Lewis of Ringgold, Ga. The wedding is planned for Saturday, Sept. 17, at the Fairyland Club. The bride-elect is the granddaugjhter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Hamilton of Corryton, Tenn., and Margaret Pair of Powell, Tenn. Miss Hamilton received a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She is pursuing a master’s degree in public health- epidemiology from East Tennessee State University. She is a member of Christ Church, and is employed as a personal trainer at the Metropolitan YMCA. The future bridegroom is the grandson of James Lewis, Mary Fossett and Marie Justice of Rossville. Mr. Lewis received a degree in business management from Lipscomb University. He is a member of Christ Church and is self - employed.

Parents of the future bridegroom are David M. and Sally T. Worland of Chickamauga, Ga. The wedding is planned for Saturday, Sept. 17, at Lakeshore Manor in High Falls, Ga. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of David and Martha Roberson, Lois Paul, the late David Paul and the late Sammy Brackett, all of Thomaston, and the late Larry Downs. Miss Paul is a graduate of Upson-Lee High School. She received a bachelor’s degree from Berry College, and a master’s degree in sensory early intervention for the deaf and blind from Utah State University. She is a member of Silvertown Baptist Church in Thomaston, and is a deaf - blind specialist. The future bridegroom is the grandson of Heatwole and Bonny Jean Thomas of Chickamauga, Paul Worland and the late Sylvia Lee Worland. Mr. Worland is a graduate of Silverdale Baptist Academy. He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia. He is a member of Rock Creek Fellowship Church, and is a 2nd Lt. in the United States Marine Corps.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Marie Miller of Shelton, Conn., the late Edward Miller, Millie and Jack Pollock Sr., and the late Camilla Pollock. Miss Pollock is a graduate of Baylor School. She received a bachelor’s degree in strategic communication from Miami University of Ohio and a bachelor’s degree in interior design from the Art Institute of Charlotte. She is a member of St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Charlotte. Mr. DaValle received a bachelor’s degree in American studies from Miami University of Ohio. He is employed as a portfolio administrator at U.S. Bank in Charlotte.
