The engagement of Mary Ann Kenner Thompson and Paul Bryan Thomas is announced today. The future bride is the daughter of Keith and Angie Young and John Kenner. Parents of the future bridegroom are Paul and Shelia Thomas and Terry and Darla Hathcock. The wedding is planned for Thursday, April 19, at The Grandview on Lookout Mountain. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Harry and Ruby Stowe, the late Ralph Kenner Sr. and the late Jhonnie Kenner. Miss Thompson is a graduate of Lookout Valley High School. She is a fleet manager at Covenant Transport. The future bridegroom is the grandson of Katherine Smith of Rossville, the late James Henry Smith, Lillian Thomas of Whitwell, Tenn., the late James B. Thomas, and Burl and Margret Hall. Mr. Thomas is a graduate of Red Bank High School.

Brock and Cooke

The engagement of Alisha Brock and Joey Cooke is announced today. The future bride is the daughter of Randy Brock and Sondra Rogers, both of Ringgold, Ga. Parents of the future bridegroom are Libby Cooke and Mike Cooke of Ringgold. The wedding is planned for Saturday, March 31, at The Renaissance Center. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of David Carlock and Marie Brock, both of Ringgold. Miss Brock is a graduate of Ringgold High School. She received a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from Reinhardt College. She is a Head Start teacher. The future bridegroom is the grandson of Lamar Stone and Ann Cooke, both of Ringgold. Mr. Cooke is a graduate of Ringgold High School. He a computer tech with Catoosa County schools.

Crouse and DeBolt

The engagement of Amber Lynn Crouse and Marcus Lee DeBolt is announced today. The future bride is the daughter of Glenn and Dava Crouse. Parents of the future bridegroom are Victor and Nancy DeBolt of Midlothian, Va. The wedding is planned for Saturday, Oct. 20, in Wildwood, Ga. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Charlotte McCollum, the late Johnny Pitman and the late Norman and Ann Crouse. Miss Crouse is a graduate of Notre Dame High School. She is a student at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, majoring in interior design. She is a member of Dallas Bay Baptist Church. The future bridegroom is the grandson of Robert and Faye Myers and Larry and Mabel DeBolt. Mr. DeBolt is a graduate of Chattanooga Christian School. He received a bachelor’s degree in entrepreneurship from UTC. He is a member of Dallas Bay Baptist Church and is a financial services specialist.

The engagement of Brittany Anne Eason and Christopher Thomas Harr is announced today. The future bride is the daughter of Rick and Annette Eason. The future bridegroom is the grandson of the late Charles and Ida Horr and the late Thomas and Beverly Nolan. Mr. Harr is a graduate of Notre Dame High School. He is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in exercise science at UTC. He is employed by Vega Corp. of Tennessee, and is a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church.

The future bridegroom is the grandson of the late Clyde “Shot” Ingle, the late Rose Marie Ingle, the late Charles Jackson Brymer and the late Frances Lorraine Brymer. Mr. Ingle received an associate’s degree in chemistry from Chattanooga State Community College. He is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

Mr. Clinard is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mathematics at Austin Peay State University.

Hill and Cross

Misty Brooke Hill became the bride of Mason Ray Cross in a ceremony on Saturday, Jan. 14, at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Cleveland, Tenn. The bridegroom’s father performed the ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Harold Hill Sr. and Regina Hill of LaFayette, La. Parents of the bridegroom are Marty and Jeni Cross of Cleveland. The bride was given in marriage by her father. Holly Unkel and Lyndsey Burr were the bride’s honor attendants. Lydia Cross was the flower girl. Drew Owens served as best man and Shawn Heintz was the groomsman. Noah Cross was ring bearer. Ushers were Avery Cross, Tyler Colbaugh and Jason Heintz. A reception was held at the Bradley Square Conference Hall. After a wedding trip to Gatlinburg, Tenn., the couple resides in Cleveland.
