The engagement of Atesia Y. Bray and Adrian J. Mastin is announced today. The future bride is the daughter of Larry and Aleta Bray. The future bridegroom is the son of Kayren Mitchell. The wedding is planned for Saturday, July 23, at the Chattanooga Marriott. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Vernita Kirk and Mae Emma Bell. Miss Bray is a graduate of Chattanooga High School for the Padeia and Performing Arts. She received a bachelor?s degree from Middle Tennessee State University, where she was a member of Alpha Kappa AlphaDelta Sorority, and a master?s degree in education from the University of California. She is a member of Berean Christian Church and is a teacher at Tri-Cities High School. The future bridegroom is the grandson of Beverly Norwood and Carolyn Moore of Memphis. Mr. Mastin is a graduate of Red Bank High School. He attended St. Katherine College, and received an associate?s degree in general studies from Southern Polytechnic State University. He is a member of Olivet Baptist Church and is a supervisor at Orange Grove Center.
