It doesn't matter what it costs to have a run off election. This type of conduct is why our Mayor was not recalled and what is wrong with local politics. Just because Yusef Hakeem is black is no reason to appoint him councilman and to deny Peter Murphy what both men deserve, a fair and honest run off election.
