Bond Board OKs tax breaks for two projects

The Hamilton County Industrial Development Board today approved tax breaks related to new facilities by T-Mobile and Steel Warehouse Inc.

T-Mobiles new call center received $1.25 million in property tax savings over six years, according to officials. Steel Warehouse was awarded $331,000 in tax breaks over eight years for a planned facility at Centre South Riverport, officials said.
