The Chattanooga-Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission today approved rezoning that will open the way for a shopping center that will be built on a 36-acre site in the 5800 block of Highway 153 in Hixson.
The new development will include 210,000 square feet of retail space plus seven out-parcels.
Paragon Development Inc. is the developer for the project near Grubb Road.
