Barns dot the rolling land along Highway 201 in North Georgia, and the brick entrance to Paradise Arabians Ltd. in Dalton, Ga., does little to distinguish the farm from neighbors.
During the one-mile journey to the main house and stables, however, it becomes clear that the one of the best retirement plans ever enacted calls the Carpet Capital of the World home.
