Jury finds Tony Bigoms not guilty on charges in February 2002 death

A jury in the courtroom of Hamilton County Criminal Court Judge Rebecca Stern today found Tony Bigoms not guilty of all charges related to the kidnapping, rape and murder of a prostitute in 2002.

Mr. Bigoms had been charged in the February 2002 death of prostitute Dinah Burney.

Ms. Burney’s body was found about 9:20 a.m. on Feb. 17, 2002, dumped alongside Caine Avenue with a sock tied around her throat.
