The law firm of Leitner, Williams, Dooley and Napolitan PLLC has announced that attorney Charles “Buz” Dooley, left, has been awarded the Bruce C. Bailey Volunteer Attorney of the Year award for 13 years of contributions to the Pro Bono Program in Chattanooga. He is shown with Judge William Carter, right. The Pro Bono Program is a joint effort between Legal Aid of East Tennessee and the Chattanooga Bar Association with the purpose of assisting children, low income adults and senior clients of Legal Aid with their civil legal problems. Its funding and administration come from the Legal Aid of East Tennessee. Mr. Dooley has been a member of the Leitner, Williams law firm since 1973.
