CLEVELAND, Tenn. —; The site of the American Uniform Company plant here goes on the auction block in one week. Today potential buyers of the equipment inside and the real estate could preview the items and the property.
The advertised minimum bid for the real estate is $3 million. The equipment, ranging from storage bins to filing cabinets, machine shop tools to sewing machines, will be sold separately.
