Chattanooga police said today a total of four people have been charged with first-degree murder in the gang-related killing of Adrian Patton last Tuesday at Emma Wheeler Homes.
A warrant has been issued for a fifth suspect, Chattanooga Police Department Sgt. Tim Carroll said. Police said they are continuing to investigate whether other people were involved.
Delicia Woodruff, 30, Michael Daniels, 20, Darrius Montrelle Sneed, 25, and a 17-year-old male all face first-degree murder charges and charges of conspiracy to commit murder.
Sgt. Carroll, head of the department’s homicide unit, said police have issued a warrant for Federico Brock, 24.
Mr. Patton, 26, was fatally shot at close range Tuesday while driving a truck through the housing development.
Sgt. Carroll said all the suspects are gang members except for Ms. Woodruff.
