Hamilton County Criminal Court Judge Doug Meyer today ordered prosecutors to turn over Juvenile Court records to defense lawyers for two teenagers charged as adults with beating a 71-year-old man to death.
Robert Earl Bostic and Jamol Tamarcus Wynn were 16 and 14 on Sept. 3, 2005, when they were accused of killing Robert Wise over what authorities said was a racial slur.
The juvenile court records contain results from a psychological evaluation ordered in Juvenile Court that the teenagers’ lawyers claim is paramount to their defense.
They are scheduled to return to court Aug. 30.
