Former Neighborhood Services director turns self in at jail

Former Chattanooga Neighborhood Services Director Kenardo Curry turned himself in to the Hamilton County jail today on charges of theft.

Mr. Curry was indicted last week on eight counts of theft and one count each of fraudulently using a credit card and official misconduct.

Also indicted on theft charges were former Neighborhood Services employees Jennifer Center, formerly Jennifer Maddox; Jeremiah McGill; and Mark Kleiner.



Court records show that Mr. Kleiner and Ms. Center are scheduled to appear in Hamilton County Criminal Court on July 7. Mr. Curry and Mr. McGill are scheduled to appear July 28.
