Two men charged as accessories in connection with the Dec. 8, 2002, death of Chattanooga Realtor Mary Lou Wojcik pleaded guilty today in Hamilton County Criminal Court.
Nicholas Webster, 25, and Joseph Gray, 29, each pleaded guilty to especially aggravated burglary and accessory after the fact in exchange for eight years in prison on the burglary charge and two years on the accessory charge. The sentences will run concurrently.
Mr. Gray and Mr. Webster were with Timothy McDaniel when they went to rob Ms. Wojciks Mountain Shadows home.
Mr. McDaniel pleaded guilty in August to killing Ms. Wojcik in exchange for a life sentence without the possibility of parole. Prosecutors had been seeking the death penalty against him.
