The North Hixson Marketplace shopping center has sold for $6.4 million.
The 64,254-square-foot shopping center, at Hixson Pike near Daisy Dallas Road, has Bi-Lo, CVS Pharmacy and Movie Gallery as tenants.
Mimms Enterprises was the buyer. Atlanta-based Du Rhone Group Ltd., represented by Staubach Retail, was the seller.
Roswell, Ga.-based Mimms in March bought the Northtowne Center in Hixson for $16.5 million.
