Waddell leaves Mocs basketball team; UTC signs freshman Harvey
UTC senior center Qavotstaraj Waddell has decided to transfer to Shorter College in Rome, Ga., effective immediately. To fill the roster spot vacated by Waddell, the Mocs have signed freshman Dante Harvey from Progressive Christian Academy in Camp Springs, Md. Harvey is a 6-6, 200-pound forward and high school teammate of UTC incoming freshman Jasper Williams, and he will be eligible to play this season.
