I love my job because I enjoy assisting my customers in creating a beautiful outdoor living space. Our service is a great and cost effective way to add value to the home. We have a great program to help control weeds and enhance the color of the lawn. I’m always happy to get the letters expressing gratitude from our clients because it helps reinforce that we are doing a great job.
Many of our clients have become our friends. We enjoy hearing about new additions to their families or being invited to treat the new home that many of them have purchased through the years. We at TruGreen are dedicated to providing excellent service whether it be our salesman or production team that work tirelessly to help a customer feel good about their choice of making us responsible for keeping their lawns looking good year round. I love the people that I work with and wouldn’t trade them for the world.
I came to work at TruGreen in January of 2005 and have had opportunities to leave and go to work for other companies but always decided against it because I would not be able to be hands on with my customers. In a time where our economy is shaky at best we have dedicated customers and I appreciate their loyalty to our company. In return I will continue to uphold our code of keeping our customer’s happy and working on any issue that may arise. I am truly happy to work for TruGreen Companies and work for wonderful managers that really care about the staff as well as the customers. Unless I win the lottery I’m not going anywhere!
