Chattanooga: Game charter planes land here

See full coverage in Sports today and Friday on the FCS game at Finley Stadium.

About a dozen charter planes are arriving at Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport this week as fans fly in for a pair of collegiate football championship games in the area.

Airport spokeswoman Christina Siebold said aircraft are coming in for the Montana-Richmond FCS game in Chattanooga and the NAIA tilt between Carroll College and Sioux Falls in Rome, Ga.

After the games, the airport will be busy and air travelers should allow more time than usual for their flights, she said.
