The Lonely H roll into Studio ’99
What a young, fascinating group of musicians I have for you this week on the TFP MUSICcast. The Lonely H comes to us from Port Angeles, Wash., with their roots-rock sound, which is reminiscent of Queen and the Rolling Stones. Surprisingly, the four members of the band are only in their late teens. Still, they’ve traveled across the United States once already and are preparing hoping to cross and ocean soon. Their first album is called “Hair” and is turning the heads of young hipsters and baby boomers everywhere. The Lonely H are definitely a band to watch. Like a fine wine, I can only imagine The Lonely H will get better with age. The band stopped by Studio ’99 to chat about the tour before their show at JJ’s Bohemia.
The Scenic City’s music scene is looking great:

...and that’s just tonight.
A bevy of local “metal” bands are performing at JJ’s Bohemia on Saturday night. Bands include: Night of the Wolf and Sasquatch. I can vouch for both. Showtime is 10 p.m. Tickets are $5
At Rhythm n’ Brews on Wednesday, the 27th, Kevin Kinney will perform his hard-nosed, Alt. Country music. Leticia Wolf will join in. Tickets are $10. Showtime is 8 p.m.
