Ben & Bruno in Studio '99

by Sean Phipps

Ben & Bruno is the sort of alter-ego of singer/songwriter Peter J. Brant. He has been writing fictional songs about a character simply called “Ben” since 2003. The rest of the band is comprised of various musicians from both Grand Rapids, Michigan and Baltimore, Maryland. The band recently performed at JJ’s Bohemia in support of their latest release “100 Grim Reapers.” They stopped by Studio ’99 and performed a few songs. I think you’ll like what you hear.
