Video: Court date set for "Duke" Franklin

The federal trial of former City Councilman John "Duke" Franklin Jr. and nine other codefendants will be October 15, a federal magistrate judge ruled. Mr. Franklin and the others appeared in federal court to plead not guilty to a superseding indictment that named an additional person as having furthered the cause of an alleged local cocaine ring. <br><br> Mr. Franklin is accused of money laundering, obstructing justice and lying to federal agents.
