Incentive: Mr. Cooke said he is giving away golf membership initiation fees for Hampton Creek’s The Champions Club golf course to townhouse buyers. The fees are worth $8,500, he said, but townhouse buyers still must pay their annual golf membership fees. The development sits along the golf course.
