Investors group meets Monday

The Chattanooga Real Estate Investors Association will meet Monday.

Stacie Phillips of North West Georgia Bank will discuss “Fund Your Deals Through a Private Banking Relationship.”

Bank provides funds to charities

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati has given two grants totaling more than $1 million to local charities.

The House of All Souls in Chattanooga, sponsored by Rosewood Supportive Services Inc., received $447,300 for nine housing units. Cohutta Banking Co. will distribute the grant.

Seniors at Home 2008, Senior Village Phase 1, will receive $669,664. The Dunlap, Tenn., charity is sponsored by New Hope Construction Inc. of Hendersonville, Tenn. Citizens Tri-County Bank of Dunlap will administer the grant.

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati is a regional wholesale bank providing financial services for residential housing and economic development to 731 member financial institutions in Kentucky, Ohio and Tennessee.

The FHLBank System was chartered in 1932 by Congress to promote housing finance.
