I love my job for all the reasons you listed! A great boss? Yes! I am my own boss and I have to say, I am the best boss I have ever had. A great company? Yes! Although I own my business, I am supported by a 27 year old company that trains, equips and rewards me. My Coworkers? Yes! Some of the best friends I have are as a result of this business. I am an Independent Sales Manager with The Pampered Chef. Every week, I am invited into homes throughout Chattanooga and the surrounding area to share tips, products and recipes that will save people time and money and encourage families to gather around the dinner table. I love what I do and I love helping others find the freedom, reward and satisfaction of owning their own business.

When I started my business, I was seeking freedom from debt and the ability to continue to stay home with my son. Almost two years later, I am still with my son every day and my family is on our way out of debt. All this and I only leave my house to "work" 2-3 nights a week. I have fun every time I am at "work." From the kitchen show to the monthly training and recognition meetings, we always have a great time! I have a team of 14 consultants, who are all making different dreams come true with The Pampered Chef. One is paying for school as she goes. Another is working her way out of debt. Still another is working Pampered Chef as a second job to allow her husband to attend school. The beauty of owning a Pampered Chef business is that you have total control over how much and when you work. This business can be one person's life-long career and another person's way of making some extra money or stocking their kitchens with quality Pampered Chef products. God has blessed my business and I can truly say, "I love my job!"
