The merger between Husch & Eppenberger LLC and Blackwell Sanders LLP is complete and the firms are now operating as Husch Blackwell Sanders LLP. The partners approved the merger last December and the merger became effective on February 29.
“The Chattanooga office will continue to grow, and representatives from the Chattanooga office will play key roles in the firm’s new management,” said Gregory M. Leitner, the Chattanooga office managing partner.
Mr. Leitner was named to the firm’s 20-person partner board. Jeffery V. Curry of Chattanooga was also named to the partner board and is co-chair of the corporate department.
The new firm comprises 630 attorneys. At this size, the new firm would rank among the top 100 firms in the country based on revenue.
