Hamilton County Commission -- March 5, 2008
The Hamilton County Commission this morning voted 6-3 to delay their vote on selecting an interim sheriff until April 10.

Commissioner John Allen Brooks said that he does not believe the delay changes the situation. He said he believes state law dictates that the commission must appoint an interim sheriff.
