Richt to receive raise, contract extension from Georgia

A meeting of the University of Georgia athletic association’s executive committee has been called for 5 this afternoon, where it will be recommended that head football coach Mark Richt receive a raise and an extension. Richt has a 72-19 record in seven seasons with the Bulldogs, winning Southeastern Conference championships in 2002 and 2005.
