Snow showers dusted the Chattanooga area Saturday morning, with accumulations of a little more than an inch in higher elevations and on grassy areas.
Brisk morning temperatures greeted those who took to the outdoors for their early morning walks and runs through the city.

National Weather Service and local forecasters said scattered snow flurries would continue this afternoon with high temperatures hovering in the 30s.
Law enforcement agencies urged motorists to be cautious on roads as temperatures will remain chilly throughout the day.
The forecast calls for temperatures to rise into the low 50s on Sunday and even higher early next week.
