Chattanooga police have identified a suspect in Monday’s shooting at 1900 Jackson St.
Darrius Lamont “Manny Mooch” Higgins, 36, of 1926 Walker St., is wanted on a charge of aggravated assault in connection with the shooting, said Lt. Kim Noorbergen, a police spokeswoman.
On Monday, Lt. Noorbergen said, the two men began arguing shortly after 3 p.m. One man pulled out a gun and shot the other, causing injuries to the victim’s leg.
The victim went to Erlanger hospital with non-life threatening injuries, Lt. Noorbergen said.
