Police investigate after body found

Chattanooga police are investigating the discovery of a body this morning near the Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport.

Officers found the body of Edward Brandenburg, 50, at 100 Jubilee Drive, according to police.

There did not appear to be any foul play, Lt. Kim Noorbergen said in a news release.

The body was taken to the Hamilton County medical examiner’s office to determine a cause of death.
