The EPB cable court hearing that had been scheduled for this morning in Nashville has been postponed.

Davidson County Chancellor Ellen Hobbs Lyle on Thursday night granted a stay against a motion that would have required EPB to turn over its telecommunications business plan to the court, said Stacey Burks Briggs, president of the Tennessee Cable Telecommunications Association.

The chancellor is considering EPB’s motion to drop the lawsuit, according to court documents. A future hearing date has not been set.
