Pikeville man dies in house fire

A Pikeville man was killed Tuesday night in a house fire, according to a dispatcher with the Bledsoe County Sherrif's Department.

Authorities said the fire at the home on Blaine Street started around 8 p.m.

The unidentified victim was in his 40s, the dispatcher said.

Officials said an investigation is continuing and they would release more information later today.
