An idea worth trying

I received an e-mail from my sister recently that told me something I’ve never known before.

Did you know that if you look on the sides of better brands of aluminum foil and plastic wrap there are small tabs you can push in to keep the roll from coming out of the package? This is a problem I’ve always had, and had I looked to the side, it would have been solved. However, always on the lookout for a good-quality foil that’s cheaper than Reynolds wrap, or a good plastic wrap that’s less expensive than Seran Wrap, I’ve found that none are as good and they don’t have the push tabs.

However, I did have one package of Reynolds colored plastic wrap left over from Christmas and saw that it did. I pushed the tabs in and no longer had to fight the wrap. What a change. The extra money you have to pay for a better wrap is worth it. There’s nothing more frustrating than fighting with your foil.
