Two sections are ready for restaurants, and have grease traps and ventilation installed, Ms. Jones said. One spot faces Renaissance Park and has patio seating. The other section is on Manufacturers Road.

* Condo fees: $205 per month for one-bedroom units; $230 per month for two- and three-bedroom units. Fees cover amenities, concierge service, water, natural gas and trash collection.

* Additional details: A residential sales office on-site is open seven days a week. In about a month, several condos will be fully furnished, allowing residents to buy a fully furnished, turn-key condo, Ms. Thompson said.
