I love my job because it is rewarding and it allows me to serve people directly and indirectly. I am motivated by my commitment to make a difference to our patients and staff. My job as Administrative Coordinator of Chattanooga Kidney Centers (CKC) not only allows me to inspire our patients but to be inspired by the patients and staff, as well.
I have experienced relationships ranging from being an actual patient care technician to working with vendors and sales people to working with a wonderful staff and the great doctors of Nephrology Associates. My daily duties consist of exercising good business practices, legal and regulatory compliance, improvements in dialysis services, and utilizing new technology in healthcare delivery. With technology constantly changing, dialysis is a busy healthcare field. However, one thing remains the same, CKC’s professionalism. I look forward to the challenge of continuously learning and providing the best that I can for our patients and staff.
