Citing huge voter turnout, Hamilton County Elections Administrator Bud Knowles has extended voting times by an hour at the county’s two satellite voting locations.
The Brainerd Recreation Center and Northgate Mall voting locations will open at 9 a.m. starting Saturday, Mr. Knowles said. They had been opening at 10 a.m.
Early voting at the Election Commission will continue to last from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday.
Early voting ends Oct. 30.
