Hamilton County Commissioner Adams continues fight for WWTA information

Hamilton County Commissioner Curtis Adams this morning presented a resolution to force the Hamilton County Water and Wastewater Treatment Authority to hand over its legal bills.

Mr. Adams two weeks ago said he had been seeking the bills on behalf of an East Ridge citizens group and was having trouble getting the information.

Commissioner Richard Casavant said he did not understand why the commission needed those documents.

Commissioner John Allen Brooks said this morning the reason the county required the records did not matter because the authority is legally obligated to supply them.
