Townhome living in Dayton: Ridge Haven Town Home will have ridgetop views, covered decks

DAYTON, Tenn. — Ridge Haven Town Home is a new townhouse development. Prices start at $197,500. The first person to close on a unit will receive a red 2007 Mustang convertible valued at $16,950, developer Jimmy Harrison said.
