Fulmer joins CBS for SEC football coverage

Former University of Tennessee football coach Phillip Fulmer will be involved in SEC football again this season. Fulmer, who was fired during last year’s disappointing season will be a part of CBS’s college football coverage of the SEC, the network announced today.

Fulmer, who posted a 151-50 record in 16 seasons with the Vols, will be a studio analyst on various shows on CBS, which signed a 15-year deal to broadcats the SEC’s marquee game each week. Fulmer will be invovled in the netwrok’s SEC Tailgate Show and the SEC Postgame Show, CBS announced. Fulmer made his debut on CBS College Network earlier this year during the network coverage of national signing day.

Terms of the deal were not released.
