New Music Review for Late August

This will be short and sweet. I have compiled some new songs for your listening pleasure. Those songs include new music by Yacht, The Antlers, Bark Cat Bark, XX and Jay Reatard. I hope you enjoy.

Some Shows:

Blue-eyed Soul singer John Nemeth is at Nightfall tonight. I - yes me, Sean - will also be there with a special announcement right before the show. Don’t miss it! Festivities are at 8pm.

Roy Ayers will headline at Saturday’s Bessie Smith Heritage Festival. Ayers is a legendary vibraphonist. This should be fun. The show is at 3:30pm and runs through midnight. Tickets are $35.

The Distribution will have a CD-Release party at 10pm. on Saturday at Rhythm n’ Brews downtown. Tickets are $7. The show is at 10pm.
