* Location: Laramie Circle, off Noah Reed Road near Shallowford Road

* Status: The development eventually will have 99 units. There are currently 15 available, with 28 to be built in the future.

* Prices: The townhomes range in price from $189,000 to about $239,000, depending on the size of the unit.

* Amenities: The single-story townhomes have brick, vinyl and stone exteriors, nine-foot cathedral ceilings, hardwood laminate floors, walk-in closets, specialty windows, ceiling fans, jetted tub and smoke detectors. The units have 30-year shingles and each has its own patio or deck and covered porch, central heating and air and electric appliances.

* Other features: Friar Branch is conveniently located with easy access to Highway 153, just minutes from Hamilton Place, downtown or Northgate.

* Floor plans: The townhomes vary in size from about 1700 square feet for a two-bedroom, two-bath unit, but larger three-bedroom units can be about 2,100 square feet. They each have an attached single or double garage. A model is open daily.

* Homeowners Association: Fees are $75 a month and cover all outside maintenance including grass mowing, mulching flower beds and trimming bushes.

* Open house: An open house is scheduled for Dec. 13 from 2 to 5 p.m.
