The top-scoring restaurant in the Hamilton County Health Department's weekly restaurant inspection was Kay's Kastle, 8804 Dayton Pike, with a score of 96. The lowest scoring restaurant in the period was China Garden, 4839 Highway 58, with a score of 49. For a full report see Thursday's Chattanooga Times Free Press.
