    During a pre-trial hearing for the shooting of Dr. Terrance Loher, Det. Roger Brown of the Hamilton Co. Sheriff's Office read a notebook entry from Dr. Loher's ex-wife, Tina Loher, about the July 10 incident on Signal Mountain.
