I love my job at Cracker Barrel Old Country Store. My job is all about the guest experience and how we can make their visit better. I get to talk to our guests and share their stories. We have guests come from all over the country. I have seen everything from our regular guests to veteran bikers groups from California to grandparents in town for weddings or graduation celebrations.

Cracker Barrel holds high dress code standards for their employees and we always look sharp. The company is very good to its employees, offering us opportunity to advance within the company, 401K planning, and health benefits.

I love working in the retail store. Here, I get to meet and greet our guests, give out samples, and I even get to blow bubbles! The people here at Cracker Barrel are great, and I love going work. It doesn’t get much better than that!
