The U.S. Bankruptcy Court trustee has contracted with Commercial Associates for consulting services in the matter of real estate holdings of Steve A. "Toby" McKenzie, said company President Tom Kale Jr.

Mr. Kale's firm is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and marketing the properties in bankrutpcy.

The company has identified and evaluated most of the real estate assets and is soliciting potential purchasers for those assets determined to have equity value to the estate.

"The number and diversity of the assets has been a challenge to completely evaluate," Mr. Kale said.

Any man that had a sculptured bust of his face in his board room deserves to have everything taken away. Anybody care for a poor rendition of Steven "Toby" McKenzie in his home or office?

There's a great standard to live by - a con man so taken by his greatness that he commissions a bust of himself. Narcissistic at best and psychopathic at the worst You decide.
